Had a great time during my stop on a road trip. The rooms were a good size and really stylish, and they even had a bathtub and a spacious bathroom with a pillow menu. The staff were super attentive, making my stay even better! 🌟

Unusual design. very comfortable and relaxing with nice views across the . .valley towards the mountains and the bridges.Very attentive but ....unobtrusive staff

Good breakfasts. Free mini bar in the room is a pleasant extra. Staa (most of them) friendly and helpful but see below!
I don't like lifts! And use of the fire stairs was not encouraged. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was available one hour later than on weekdays - but the brochure in the room did not have this detail - so we were sent away by the person at breakfast - not a pleasant experience. Also there was an angry woman cleaning the stairs last Saturday. She refused to let me pass and was very rude. The clients' lounge is much too hot. The airconditioning was not on (though it was in the reception area).

The location is wonderful, with attractions like Shelter of Cervantes just a short walk away, and the queen room was modern with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful. There is shopping next to the hotel, restaurants close by, and a 15 minute walk takes you to the center of old Alcoy. The breakfast was very nice.
